RealtyScript 5.0 is here! well sort of…

Today we are very excited to announce RealtyScript 5.0 is here!

…well sort of
RealtyScript 5.0 is no longer a downloadable script.
We have also rebranded our business name “Excida Technologies”. We are doing this because the “script” in RealtyScript no longer applies.
Our new release is a completely rebuilt real estate agent website platform that runs as a Software as a Service(SaaS) starting at $29/month.

Why are we doing this?

Many of our users have required significant support in order to get our custom script up and running on their own server. It hasn’t been an issue for experienced web developers but many of our clients are real estate agents looking for a low cost yet powerful website for their real estate business. Migrating our software to a true real estate website platform means that we take care of all hosting and setup needs. It also means that users will always have the latest version of our product without having to manually upgrade.

How much does it cost?

Monthly subscriptions start at $29/month.
Setup fees range from a one-time fee of $99 to over $1000 depending on customizations required, data migrations, content generation and other factors. We are always happy to provide a quick and detailed quote; just reach out to us here to get started.

What is the difference between RealtyScript 4.x and the new Excida Platform?

Please see the comparison table here.

If I recently purchased RealtyScript and want to use the new Excida Real Estate Agent Website platform, can I apply the cost of the script purchase towards setup?

Yes! please contact us for a custom quote and mention that you are an existing customer.

Is RealtyScript 4.x still available for download?

Yes, but only for a short time. We will be phasing out our script products in the near future.
