Absolutely. Many of our clients modify the software for their specific projects, including classified ad sites, car listing services, or even personal web sites. The RealtyScript platform is very flexible and with its custom field control in the administration panel, you can very quickly and easily modify the software for other industries.
We encode just 4 files for licensing purposes using ionCube. The rest of the software is fully open and you’ll be able to modify the software to customize it accordingly.
We do not provide location data at this time included with purchase. You can easily enter in locations through the administration panel one-at-a-time or by importing them in bulk.

Yes, you can create as many languages as you’d like by modifying 2 files. It is very easy to translate the software into a new language it doesn’t currently support. Modifying the currency is as easy as setting the default currency in the administration panel.
Absolutely! The software was designed with modifications in mind. We encode just 4 files for licensing purposes, which leaves the rest of the software wide-open to customize. It was programmed in a way to be easy to read even for an intermediate level programmer and uses a simple templating engine.
Yes, we are available for custom programming and design. We know the software better than anyone and can complete the project to your satisfaction. We charge 100 USD per hour for development and bill in 1/2 hour increments with a 1/2 hour minimum. Please contact us for a timeline and quote.
If you purchased your software within the last year, you are eligible to download the latest version free of charge. Otherwise, you will need to renew your support period for an additional year. This provides you with access to customer support, upgrades, downloads, and license keys for an additional year.

After you have done this, you can have us upgrade the software for you (see our professional services) or upgrade the software yourself at your own risk. Our professional upgrade service does not transfer over any custom programming changes or custom design changes. If you wish to have us transfer these for you, we will need to review your modifications and provide you with a timeline and quote.

Yes! The software gives you complete field control. You can modify the fields that are displayed on the listing page right from the administration panel. This gives you the ability to add other fields as required. You can currently add up to 10 custom fields. Please try out our demonstration to test this functionality.
